To create a social hotel residence that can accommodate 200 residents with all the services necessary for their stay.
Issue:
Create living spaces that promote social reintegration and meet the needs of the different types of users present in the residence.
Our residence:
We have chosen to create residences that welcome residents without basing ourselves on the comfort of these units but focusing on the common spaces located on each floor as well as on the floors dedicated to amenities in order to encourage residents to socialize with each other with a view to a progressive social reintegration first within the residence and then outside of it.
Thus we have created larger and larger convivial spaces in order to create links between the residents in a progressive reintegration process.
We have also created a factory and a shop so that the residents can practice manual activities according to their skills and sell these creations in the shop and create links with the neighbourhood.
